1. Order Placement, Handling, and Confirmation

Orders are accepted online and by phone through the following methods:

Orders are processed and confirmed in the order they are received:

  • Within 6 hours on business days,
  • Within 24 hours on weekends and holidays.
  • For online orders, an actual confirmation will be sent by email once processing is complete.

For orders placed within 72 hours prior to the planned travel, we recommend contacting our Customer Service by phone in addition to the online order. For last-minute orders, transportation may only be possible if there is an available spot. In such cases, the vehicle may depart significantly earlier or (in the case of return trips) may involve longer wait times at the airport.

We can only accept orders subject to available capacity, and we reserve the right to refuse orders.

2. Payment Methods

After confirming the order, the fare can be paid in several ways:

  • In advance by bank transfer, for which a separate confirmation is sent,
  • In cash to the driver at the start of the trip,
  • By credit card payment, available at the card terminal with the driver. Please indicate this preference in advance in writing or by phone.

If an invoice with VAT is required, please request it in advance by providing the name and address of the buyer. The invoice will be sent electronically to the specified email address or, if requested, given by the driver before the start of the trip.

3. Scheduling, Changes to Pickup Time by the Service Provider

The scheduled departure time may vary depending on incoming orders. The service provider is entitled to adjust the agreed pickup time by up to 2 hours earlier. The exact departure time and pickup location will be communicated in writing by 7:00 PM on the day before departure or coordinated by phone with the client. If the client cannot be reached at the provided phone number, an SMS or email with the departure time will be sent. The provider is not liable for issues arising from incorrectly provided phone numbers, and the client bears responsibility for any inconvenience caused by ignoring the message.

For passengers arriving at the airport, written confirmation will also be sent by email (or SMS if requested) the day before arrival, matching the flight arrival time whenever possible. The provider assumes no liability for issues caused by incorrectly provided flight numbers or arrival times.

4. Order Modification and Cancellation by the Client

Orders can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 3 days before the trip. Modifications or cancellations are only accepted in writing. For modifications made within 72 hours before the trip, a fee of HUF 3,000 per person applies, while cancellations within 72 hours incur a fee of HUF 5,000 per person, depending on the fare amount. Cancellations within 24 hours are fully charged. If the fare has not been paid, the service provider is still entitled to the cancellation fee. If payment is not made within 30 days, the debt increases to HUF 30,000 and will be enforced by legal means. The same applies to cancellations resulting from modifications within 72 hours that cannot be accommodated due to lack of capacity.

5. Return Trip Modification by the Client

Clients may modify return trips (from the airport to the specified address or from the address to the airport) up to 72 hours before the trip without charge. However, this may result in a longer wait time compared to the original booking. If the proposed time is not accepted, the service provider may consider the order canceled, in which case the cancellation rules in section 3 apply. If the passenger does not arrive due to a canceled flight after the vehicle has already departed for the airport, the service fee remains fully due to the provider.

6. Luggage Quantity, Non-Standard Luggage, and Lost Items

Please inform us in advance about the quantity of luggage. For excess luggage (more than 1 suitcase + 1 carry-on per person), an additional fee of HUF 1,000 per extra item applies. If extra luggage is not notified in advance, the service provider may refuse to transport it. Non-standard luggage (pets, strollers, skis, bicycles, etc.) up to 25 kg can be accommodated upon request at an additional cost of HUF 1,500 to HUF 5,000 per item, depending on size. Pet transportation is only available with our private transfer service. Rates for private transfers are available on our website. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, which are stored for one month.

7. Fare Application, Fees for Non-Pécs Pickup Addresses

Fares listed apply to pickup/drop-off addresses in Pécs. Return trip discounts are only valid if both trips are booked at once by all passengers. For trips scheduled at different times, the discount does not apply. For pickups outside Pécs, additional fees apply, which can be checked on our website or inquired about in writing or by phone.

The provider reserves the right to change fares; changes do not apply to already booked trips.

8. Travel to the Airport: Travel Time, Route, Departure Time, Waiting

Travel time between Pécs and Budapest Ferenc Liszt Airport is approximately 3 – 3.5 hours, or up to 4 hours in winter. Routes are flexible based on current bookings. The pickup time at the passenger’s address is set considering these factors. Our service operates as a shared shuttle, extending to Baranya, Tolna, and Somogy counties. We strive to find the fastest solutions, with the M6 motorway as our primary route.

If the passenger does not appear at the agreed time and location and is unreachable, the vehicle will wait a maximum of 5 minutes to maintain the schedule for other passengers. The provider is not liable for delays caused by incorrect address or phone details, and the service is considered fulfilled, with the fare due to the provider.

9. From the Airport to the Designated Address: Passenger Pickup, Departure Time, Waiting

We monitor arriving flights; after landing, passengers should contact the driver using the provided phone number. If the driver cannot reach the passenger, we will attempt to contact the passenger by phone. Typically, the vehicle will pick up passengers at the designated area of the terminal or in the terminal parking area below the arrival level, if access is restricted due to technical issues, traffic limitations, etc.

For private transfer service orders, the designated vehicle will be waiting near the airport upon arrival and will pick up the passenger at the agreed time and location. For non-private (shared shuttle) service, the departure time depends on the arrival times of other passengers, possibly requiring up to a 2-hour wait. If the final passenger's flight is delayed, resulting in a wait longer than 2 hours, the provider assumes no liability.

The fare includes up to 2 hours of waiting; for delays beyond 2 hours, a fee of HUF 2,000 per started hour applies. If our vehicle cannot wait beyond 2 hours, the late-arriving passenger will be transported on the next available vehicle, capacity permitting. We accept no liability or claims for compensation due to flight delays.

10. Delays Due to Unforeseen, Unpreventable Events Beyond the Provider’s Control

The provider assumes liability up to the fare amount for delays due to unforeseen and unpreventable events (e.g., accidents, traffic jams, road closures due to adverse weather, or unexpected technical malfunctions). Alternative routes are planned to minimize delays.

11. Damage Due to Provider Error

If the provider’s proven error results in passenger damage, the provider’s liability is limited to the fare amount. Complaints are accepted within 24 hours after travel; complaints submitted later will not be investigated.

12. Acceptance of Travel Conditions and Contract Formation

The order constitutes a service contract effective upon order confirmation. The same rules apply to phone orders as to written or in-person orders. By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts the travel conditions. If the service is ordered on behalf of another or for multiple individuals, the client confirms acceptance on behalf of all involved. Lack of awareness of the terms does not exempt from their effect.
